Oswald Osaretin Guobadia is the managing partner of DigitA, a boutique advisory, policy development and execution firm. He is a revered technology and business transformation leader with over 25 years of experience in the private and public sectors.
As the former Senior Special Assistant on Digital Transformation to the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, he was instrumental in designing and executing the Nigeria Startup Act (NSA) program aimed at promoting the growth of Nigeria’s tech ecosystem and digital economy. Oswald currently serves as a Board Member at EdoInnovates, an innovation centre leveraging technology for job creation and enterprise development in Edo state, Benin City, Nigeria. This role reflects his ongoing commitment to fostering tech innovation and entrepreneurship.
He earned his master’s degree in Telecommunications/Computer Science from Pace University after completing a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Wesley College, Delaware. Oswald has authored several publications highlighting his thought leadership on entrepreneurship, technology, and digital transformation.
