- Coordinate and manage multiple simultaneous projects and activities within the IIN, with a focus on the Akwa Ibom Tech Week 2025.
- Facilitate effective communication between project teams, volunteers, and the IIN board.
- Organize and lead meetings, ensuring all participants are well-informed and aligned on project objectives and timelines.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Track project progress and financials, providing regular updates and reports to the IIN board.
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of project status and outcomes.
- Foster a culture of commitment and accountability among volunteers and project teams.
- Support the IIN secretariat in improving overall project management processes and decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in project management or a related role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated experience in budgeting and financial tracking.
