Inemesit Dike Esq. MCIarb, A.C.I.S is an Attorney and Counsel at Law, Nigeria and New York USA. She is the Chief Executive Officer of The Legal Concierge, a firm that provides tech services and trainings to the legal industry, the Convener of the Young Wigs Conference, Founder of the Legal X App, President of the Forty Under 40 Alumni Leadership and Chairperson of the Nigerian Bar Association Digital Committee.

She is a Chartered Arbitrator, a Chartered Company Secretary, an expert in Board Room Corporate Governance, Commercial Law, Labour Law and Human Resources Management. She has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (M.B.A), and she has served in various leadership roles including the Head of Legal Services and Technical Contracting on the Oil Mining Lease (OML) 55 Oil and Gas Exploration/Production and National Legal Adviser of various National boards. Inemesit’s command of knowledge in legal business development and technology, has enabled her to solve three problems in the legal sector:
- Design Innovation in Legal practice.
- Creativity amongst lawyers and
- Market Connectivity for lawyers.
Over the years, these navigations resulted into the creation of the mobile app LegalX, which is a ONE STOP platform for that enables lawyers provide gig instant services through the use of technology as well as ensuring access to legal services in bite-sized affordable variations thus enhancing the common man’s access to justice.
Aside from her academic and professional accomplishments, she has a super-duper passion for community development. In her spare time, she channels her passion for sustainable societal development through the education of young lawyers via a project called the Young Wigs Conference which analyzes the convergence of Law, Business and Technology.The target focus of the Young Wigs Conference are young lawyers living low on the pyramid of scale and working in the hinterlands of Nigeria. Nine editions of the annual Young Wigs Conference has held in places such as Kano, Abuja, Port Harcourt, and Lagos. The conference, which originally started as a 13-person meeting, has now grown into a 12,000-strong community whose annual gathering is the highlight of the year for young lawyers. Through this conference, the foundation has awarded several tuition scholarships to law students.
Inemesit Dike’s community development extends to women empowerment as evidenced by her pet project called Project Street which she started as a 100 level undergraduate in university. Her project provided food and money to the indigents living in a place popularly known as “Under-Bridge” in Yaba. This eventually extended into Rivers State environs, where she collaborated with her friends and family to educate women in various business such as soap making, sewing and the art of sales. Project Street often provided money, clothing, and food to the indigent widows members of the community. Her goal is to spread light to nations, bring people into the kingdom of Christ and have fun while doing it.
